1. Any complaints must be addressed in writing to Out-back Africa via email to info@africanbudgetsafaris.com or post to 4 TurkeyBerry Lane, Baviaanskloof, Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa, 7806 for the attention of the Owner.
  2. We aim to reply within 30 days of receipt of your complaint and will make every effort to resolve any dispute after investigation with the relevant supplier and this will be communicated back to you as soon as possible. As we act only as agents however, it cannot be guaranteed that any dispute will be resolved to your satisfaction as resolution thereof may be beyond the control of Outback African Safaris.
